Leg Press: 3x12
Heavy squats: 5x5
Dead Lifts: 3x7
One-legged Quad Curls (moderate weight): 3x10
Quad Curls (both legs, heavier weight): 3x10
Hamstring Curls: 3x10
Goblet Squats: 3x12


WORK DEM' ABS!!! TRY NOT TO PASS OUT SLEEP!
