Heavy Squats: 1x10 (warm-up) 5x5 increasing weight (225 lbs., 275, 315, 365, 405)

Hamstring Curls: 3x12-15 **Don't be afraid to push the weight and lift heavier
Quadricep Curls: 3x12-15
