Heavy Upright Rows on Smith Machine: 3x7

Reverse Butterflies: 3x10

Deltoid Triplets: 3x21 (each different motion is a set of 7) **Reasonably light- I used 20s and 15s today.

Heavy Shrugs: 3x12
