ReplyDeleteDo you take apprentices? I haven't really lifted before but I want to start! :)
Short answer, I don't take apprentices, exactly. I generally put a cap on the number of people that I lift with at 4. More than 4 people in a group and it begins to slow down the routine too much. That being said, if I see u in the gym I'll help, ask questions, and teach u how to lift and such. Get a partner and start following my routines! I love to help out and will share what I know, but idk if i'd call that an apprentice exactly. I only like to help people who are serious about getting stronger and/or bigger. People that don't have goals and aren't serious about exercising and seeing lasting results aren't fun or exciting to workout with, plain and simple.
