Possibly my biggest day of the summer…

Chest and Tri's

Barbell Bench Press: 4x7 (275 lbs, 295, 305, 315)

Incline Barbell Bench: 3x5, heavy (205 lbs, 245, 225)

Dips: 3x at least 20 (25 reps, 27, 43)
____________________________________
Tricep Cable Superset: 3x12

Finisher Press: 3x7
